  • Holistic massage is a hands-on treatment, using variable pressure (gentle to deep tissue), tailored to your body and preferences with the goal of relieving tension and aiding relaxation. Ideal for physical tension, muscular fatigue, grounding and relaxation.

  • Combining the healing effects of reiki and sound healing, Gentle Reset is primarily an energetic and nervous-system session, not a massage. Expect light-touch with Reiki followed by Tibetan and crystal sound bowls used both on and around the body. A relaxing treatment ideal for finding stillness, releasing any energetic blockages and reconnecting with yourself.

    This treatment weaves massage, Reiki, and sound healing into one cohesive session. Beginning with full body holistic massage with Reiki interwoven throughout and finishing with sound healing to support deeper release and integration.
